As a freelance agent, you work on your own responsibility under the Park Avenue brand and use our infrastructure without setting up a location yourself. As a location partner, you open your own location in your region.
What do I need to bring?
Experience in real estate brokerage is an advantage, as is a licence under Section 34c of the German Trade Regulation Act (GewO). More important are reliability, a professional manner and the ambition to provide outstanding service to clients in the premium segment.
How independently do I work?
